Tuition Policy

• Basic monthly tuition is $100 (4 times/month, 15 min-45 min lessons)
• Tuition must be pre-paid first week of the month.
• Annual Fee ($50) is due first week of September.
• Weekly Payment Option:  $40/class

Class Policy

• From Kindergarten to grade school (3yr ~ 5th), we provide full art supplies
• Lessons will be 4 weeks (4 times) a month.  There are no lessons on the 5th week of the month.
• Please, follow your schedule & be on time, unless we cancel the lesson(s) for particular reasons.
• Parents are not allowed to be with students during the lesson hours. (However, there might be time we ask you to join the lessons)
• We are not responsible for your child’s unexpected accident or injuries.

Make-Up Policy

• We will not accept unexcused absences.  Please call ahead to reschedule.
• Make-up is only valid for the absent student, it cannot carry over to siblings.
• Make-up lesson cannot carry over to the next month. 
• If you already know that you will be absent for more than two weeks, please follow the weekly payment option.
• If a student must miss the lesson that cannot be made up using above listed options, that lesson will be forfeited.
