Tuition Policy

• Basic monthly tuition is $120 (4 times/month, 15 min-45 min lessons)
• Tuition must be pre-paid first week of the month
• There is $30 registration fee.
• Weekly Payment Option:  $40/class
• One on One special private lesson: $50/class (15min-60min)
• Special Discount:  2 people in one family $230/month
•                          3 people in one family $340/month
•                          2 class hrs. for 1 person $230/month
•                          3 class hrs. for 1 person $340 

Class Policy

• From Kindergarten to early elementary school (3yr ~ 3rd grade), we provide full art supplies.
• After 3rd grade level, they need to bring their own art supplies.
• Lessons will be 4 weeks (4 times) a month.  There are no lessons on the 5th week of the month.
• Please, follow your schedule & be on time, unless we cancel the lesson(s) for particular reasons.
• Parents are not allowed to be with students during the lesson hours. (However, there might be time we ask you to join the lessons)
• We are not responsible for your child’s unexpected accident or injuries.

Make-Up Policy

• We will not accept unexcused absences.  Please call ahead to reschedule.
• Make-up is only valid for the absent student, it cannot carry over to siblings.
• Make-up lesson cannot carry over to the next month. 
• If you already know that you will be absent for more than two weeks, please follow the weekly payment option.
• If a student must miss the lesson that cannot be made up using above listed options, that lesson will be forfeited.
